Duplex apartment with approx. 50 m² of area. On the ground floor kitchen equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, blender, sandwich maker, pots, crockery, cutlery, glasses and other household items. TV room with bi-bed and ceiling fan. Bathroom with shower and small laundry with fixed tank and clothesline. Balcony with barbecue (grill and skewers). On the first floor are the couple suite with bathroom and shower, hairdryer and safe and a room with two single beds that can be set up for a couple if requested in advance. All rooms have split air-conditioning and ceiling fans. Local voltage on all outlets: 220V.
